DB: is an internationally experienced finance professional with a track record of delivering results through engagement of business stakeholders. Working for large multinationals through to small private equity companies (<100 heads), with a sector focus on software, telecommunications and business services. DB has worked for companies such as Oracle, Cedar and Avaya.
DB has operated successfully in growth through to downsizing scenarios and been involved in restructurings, integrations, divestitures and change management situations as well as having re-organised, recruited and developed effective finance teams. With exceptionally strong cash flow management experience including distressed cash flow management, she acts as a proactive commercial business partner keen to ensure Finance adds value and ensures fiduciary compliance.
CP: has operated successfully as a technical influence in small high growth technology companies. He brings with him, to any engagement, the ability to realiably get business and technology to talk same language.
